Rage Against the Machine fans will be in high spirits this week as Zach de la Rocha, frontman of the band, has recently revealed that Rage Against the Machine is working on a new album due out next year. In an interview with Chilean site La Tercera, de la Rocha said that since the bands 2007 reunion they have been a more cohesive, mature unit. He added that the group is working on a new album that may be released in summer 2011. If this album actually does happen, it will be RATMs first release since 1999s Battle of Los Angeles.
