"Child of God" gehört zu den frühen Romanen von Cormac McCarthy (The Road, No Country for old Men) und wurde nun von (und mit) James Franco verfilmt (befindet sich in der Post-Production). Er hat allerdings nicht die Hauptfigur Lester Ballard gespielt, sondern eine Nebenfigur namens Jerry. Lester wurde von Scott Haze verkörpert.

Auf deutsch gibt es das Buch leider nicht, soll wohl das härteste von McCarthy sein. Habt ihr schon was davon gehört? Oder andere Bücher des Autors gelesen? Klingt das Projekt interessant für euch?
