Transformers 2 Trailer With Eagle Eye?

Roberto Orci, the great teaser that he is, posted on the Don Murphy message boards regarding when the trailer might come out. "Maybe -- or maybe in front of EAGLE EYE... who knows."

Eagle Eye (out September 26th) stars Shia LaBeouf so its a natural fit but at this point I think the studio is aiming for bigger game by attaching it either to Harry Potter or James Bond. I bet some people are kicking themselves for getting something out in time for The Dark Knight considering that movie is on track to become the second highest grossing movie of all time.

Meiner Meinung nach zu früh für einen Teaser, da man danach ja noch ein dreiviertel Jahr auf den Film warten muss.... :heul:

Das Fallen im Titel bezieht sich wirklich auf den Transformer The Fallen - wurde jetzt angekündigt. Der wird auch Hauptbösewicht in TF2, also kommt Megatron wohl doch (noch) nicht zurück.

Es wird ein Comic begleitend zum Film erstellt, und die Leuts habens comingsoon.net verraten.

"[We're going to] explore the background of The Fallen ” the main villain of the movie ” as well as expand on the 'Reign of Starscream' story that we're doing and tie everything in to what this next movie is going to be," explained writer Chris Mowry, who partners on the book with artist Alex Milne. "The next movie starts out with just tons of action and theres obviously going to be a lot of questions, so were hoping to answer some of those beforehand.""

Ehm... Seid Euch mal nicht zu sicher, das 'The Fallen' nicht doch was mit Megatron zu tun hat. Nachdem ich so nett Auskunft über das Franchise erhalten habe, hab ich mich durch diverse Geekseiten gewühlt und der Hint in Sachen Reign of Starscream etc... scheint ja dann doch eher in ne parallele Storyline zu gehen. Sagen die. Und da bietet sich nach Meinung der meisten Fans Megatron am ehesten an.

Soll so ne Art Reinkarnation sein. Also ne Art Bay Galvatron. Weiß der Teufel, ich les das nur, ich kenn mich trotzdem nicht aus. :headscratch:

In der Regel sind sowohl positive, als auch negative Stimmen zu einem Film erlaubt. :wink:

Wenn das Sequel in die gleiche Bresche schlägt, wie der erste Teil, wovon man wohl ausgehen kann, hält sich meine "Vorfreude" arg in Grenzen. Ich fand den ersten Teil ja durchaus in Ordnung, aber wie schon so oft erwähnt, ist er einfach zu sehr in Klamauk abgedriftet und war zu sehr auf ein kindliches Publikum ausgerichtet. Mir wäre ein etwas dunklerer Tenor im Sequel recht, aber rechnen kann man wohl nicht damit.

Aber gerade in Filmforen wird zuviel gebasht.
Und beide Seiten behalten sich einige Rechte vor.
Ich für meinen Teil meide Film-Topics dich ich unmöglich finde.
Um anderen, wie du schon gesagt hast, nicht den Thread zu bombadieren oder die Vorfreude zu nehmen...!

So schnell wird uns hier niemand den Hintern versohlen. :ugly: Naja, nichts für ungut, hatte dein Posting halt anders aufgefasst, als es gemeint war. Fände es halt nur schade, wenn jeder der einem Film kritisch gegenüber steht, den entsprechenden Thread meiden würde. :wink:

Shia Labeuf hatte einen Autounfall und hat sich an der Hand verletzt. Dadurch trägt er jetzt einen Gibs und verzögert die Dreharbeiten. Bay überlegt nun die Verletzung einfach in der Film mit einzubauen.

Shia's Injuries Added to TF2 Story

Michael Bay sat down with an interview with Access Hollywood in support of Shia LaBeouf. He says that Shia had drunk earlier that day but during the accident was not drunk and it looks like the hand injury will be incorporated into the movie.


Youre gonna see ” thats gonna go away, Bay said. Thats fresh news¦ He was not drunk. He was drinking hours and hours before.
Shortly before 2:30 AM, another driver ran a red light, according to authorities who confirmed LaBeouf is now not being investigated for causing the crash.

I spoke to him yesterday in the hospital, Bay said. His two fingers are pretty mashed, but were figuring out a way to shoot around it, kind of write it in the story.

We had a little heart to heart the week before when he bought a brand new motorcycle and I [said] ˜Dude! You cannot ride that motorcycle! If you crash, you put 1,500 people out of work, the director recounted. He said, ˜Ok, I wont ride it, I wont ride it, Ill just drive my truck.

The kid really has his head together and you know, hes only 22, Bay said. Hes doing a great job on this movie. Hes really matured since the last one and I love working with him.
I hope Shia has a speedy and good recover. I especially hope he has good pain killers (but avoids getting addicted to them) as he is about to feel every little bump that occurs anywhere near that hand for the next several months. You don't realize how many times in a day you get bumped by people and things on a daily basis until you start feeling every single one.

One month probably isn't enough to recover to the point that Shia can actively participate in action scenes and stunts. Considering that probably Shia's most action intensive scenes have yet to be shot, Bay and his team have a lot of logistical reworking to do. Bay likes to have his actors in as many stunts that is safe for them, but in this case his options are pretty limited as it wouldn't take much to re-damage Shia's hand even a month later. I guess time will tell on how this plays out. Thanks to April for the link.
