Quentin hat gegenüber Vulture jede Menge ältere Projekte abgehakt, aber Kill Bill 3 hält er noch für möglich:

- So all the potential movies you’ve mentioned through the years — Killer Crow,11 The Vega Brothers,12 the Django/Zorro crossover movie13 — those will probably never happen, right?
No. I don’t think I’m going to do Killer Crow anymore, but that’s the only one that could possibly be done.

Von den ganzen Projekten hätte ich nur Vega brothers interresant gefunden, den hätte er aber schon vor über 10 Jahren machen müssen, heute würde das keinen Sinn mehr machen.

Kill Bill 3 brauch ich auch nicht die Geschichte ist abgeschlossen und braucht auch nicht fortgesetzte werden. Da Tarantino ja schon mehrfach gesagt hatt das es nicht mehr ganz so viele Filme von Ihm geben wird will ich lieber noch ein paar ganz neue Sachen von Ihm sehen und keine Fortsetzungen.

Ich fand schon Kill Bill 1 & 2 verschwendetes Tarantino Potential... der soll seine Zeit lieber für was anderes, unabhängiges nutzen.
Mit mehr genialen Dialogen und weniger unnötiger Gewalt als in Kill Bill bitte.

Quentin kann nicht aufhören, darüber zu sprechen:

"I've been very non-committal about it. I'm not committing to it, but I wouldn't be surprised if The Bride made one more appearance before the whole thing is said and done. I am talking to Uma (Thurman) about it just a little bit. Some of the stuff that I'd written that never made it into the movie that maybe I could use.

I'm thinking now, 13 years later, what would be going on with Sofie Fatale? What would be going on with Elle Driver? The thing that does attract me to the idea, and I wasn't that attracted to it before, because I felt I said what I had to say, and I kind of liked the idea of Beatrix Kiddo living out the rest of her life in peace, to some some degree, I think Kill Bill is my most visionary movie.

Not necessarily saying how good it is, but I think it's a very vision-oriented movie, and I create this world that doesn't exist. On planes, there's holders for your samurai sword. Since Kill Bill, my work has veered more towards the literary, and perhaps less on the visual, to one degree or another. I think, maybe a good helping of viscera would be a nice thing to happen, at least at some point in my future."

Wieviele Filme wollte QT drehen? 12? Wenn man wirklich davon ausgeht, wäre ein 3. Kill Bill mMn "Verschwendung".

Er hat also mit Uma Thurman immer mal wieder und gar erst letzte Woche mal wieder darüber gesprochen. Und wenn jemals einer seiner zukünftigen Filme aus einem früheren Film entstehen würde, dann ein dritter Kill Bill.

Konnte Kill Bill erst kürzlich im Kino erleben und sage machen! Als 10. Film!

Bitte. Ich habe keinen Tarantino streifen außer Pulp fiction so oft gesehen wie kill Bill. Der darf auch gerne wieder einen eigenen Einschlag haben und Überlänge.
